お鮨のコースに時々串揚げが提供されるお店。
インスタで見かけたことがあり、お鮨に串揚げって?と思っておりましたが
大将の赤松氏が赤坂の「すしいわお」のご出身と聞いて伺ってみることに。
(いわおさんはとっても美味しかったので!)
場所はベルコモンズ跡地、レストランやホテルが入るビルの2F。
お隣は川上庵。
お店はめちゃめちゃ広くて開放的。スタイリッシュでとても素敵でした!!
そして気になるコースはなんと8800円一本とリーズナブル。この空間で?となります。
カウンター席でいただきましたが、付け台には虎のお箸置き。可愛い♡

23品と内容充実のコース。
お鮨の途中に串揚げ??の思いは一気に払拭され、
とても自然な流れで楽しめました。
太い太い真蛸に大きくぷりっぷりの海老フライの海老、大トロはとろけるよう、馬糞雲丹は甘くて甘くて~と素材感もとっても素晴らしく、CP的にもありえない内容かと。
串揚げは薄衣なので食べやすく、素材の旨さを引き立てるような串も多かったです。
岐阜県の龍の瞳を使った赤酢の舎利はマイルドでどのネタにも合っていました。
途中途中で虎の箸置きが串置きになり大活躍。
あまりの可愛さに癒され、写真をパチリ、話も弾みます。
場所的にも内容的にも初デートとかにいいんじゃ!?
結果的に季節を変えてまた伺いたいお店発見となりました!
思い込みは良くないと思った次第・・反省!
