飯田橋でゴルフのレッスンを受け、背中の筋肉を労わりに高田馬場でマッサージをして貰い、その後、7年ぶりに此方で食事です。
まずは、「Cava Montsarra Brut」 で乾杯です、今日、頂きましたのは次の通りです。
「お通し」・・・・・帆立貝のムースのリエット、おぉ~、これはスパークリングワインと合いますね、美味しいです。
「赤ピーマンのムース」・・・・・なんと綺麗な色でしょうね、一口、スプーンで食べると、これが旨い、おいおい、こりゃ~、白ワインを飲まなきゃ、すみません 「Jean-Pierre Alexandre Ellevin Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaucoupin' 2018」 を。
仕切り直しをして、「赤ピーマンのムース」を食べるが、ホント、これ美味しいや。
「無花果入り田舎パテ」・・・・・田舎パテとは良いネーミングですね、味、姿もガッツリとして食べごたえがあります。
「エスカルゴ、ブルーチーズとパセリバターソース」・・・・・パイ生地とミニトマトと2種類あるのが嬉しいですね、どちらも美味しかったです。
「フォアグラのポワレ」・・・・・おぉ~、これは濃厚です、白ワインよりも赤ワインの方がこれには合いますね。
「本日のパスタ」・・・・・稚鮎と万願寺唐辛子のスパゲッティー、これは季節感があるパスタです、良いですね、稚鮎も美味しいし万願寺唐辛子も美味しい、久々のヒットのパスタでした。
久しぶりの ”ケイブ バー”、とっても良かったです、これからも高田馬場にマッサージを受けに行きますので、また此方に伺いましょう、ご馳走様でした。
