20年以上前から気になっていたお店です。
その頃は、ステーキをメインにした日本料理の料亭だったと思います。
ステーキなのと、料亭なので、ちょっと遠のいておりました。
そんなところへ、親友から、「”雑司ヶ谷 寛” って知ってますか、友人から誘われたのですが、一緒に行きませんか」とのお誘い。
この様な誘いがなければ、なかなか行けない料亭ですから、直ぐに、「いいねぇ~、行きましょう」と答えました。
お店の前に着くと、黒塀の雰囲気の良い佇まい、ちょっと入るのが怯みますね(笑)。
玄関に入り、名前を告げると、「お待ちしておりました」と、、、、、気持ちが良いですね。
綺麗なお嬢さんに部屋まで案内をして貰いうと、既に、友人が一人でポツンとしております。
座敷にテーブルと椅子と云うセッティングで、足が疲れずに良いですね。

「先附三種」・・・・・黒胡麻豆腐 白味噌掛け 振り柚子、相並葛打ち 蓴菜 鶴紫の花 ポン酢、つらら鮑 山芋 わかめ菜 土佐酢。
ポン酢と土佐酢と同じようなものだったのが残念でしたが、”相並(あいなめ)の葛打ち” も ”つらら鮑” も大変良かったです。
「御椀」・・・・・沢煮椀、、、、、新牛蒡、人参、木耳、絹さや、芽葱に地鶏網焼き、胡麻風味でした。
この一品としては、良い味のお椀でしたが、コース全体で考えると、もっと薄味で良かったのではと思いました。
「御造」・・・・・石鰈 浅月和え、勘八、妻いろいろ と 山葵。
石鰈も勘八も、良い物を使ってます、これは美味しい。
「焼物」・・・・・福子雲丹焼 白瓜雷干し と 国産黒毛和牛すてーき 彩り野菜。
「煮物」・・・・・鼈丸子鍋、、、、、早松、湯葉、冬瓜、九条ねぎ。
スッポンだけで十分に美味しいですから、松茸が余計だったかも、勿論、松茸があっては駄目ということではありませんが。
冬瓜にスッポンのエキス(味)が浸み込んで、素晴らしいものでしたよ。
「食事」・・・・・かます枝豆茗荷御飯、味噌汁、香の物。
「特別甘味」・・・・・親友夫人の為に特別に、嬉しいですね、こう云うのって。
「甘味」・・・・・南瓜羊羹、巨峰、メロン、、、、、これが、普通のです(笑)。
「日本酒」・・・・・今日、飲みましたのは、開運 涼々、李白 大吟醸、龍力 純米 Dragon Episode 3でした。
6名で、由緒ある、素敵な料亭での食事、美味しくて、愉しかったなぁ~。
料亭なので、初めは緊張をしましたが、仲居さんの気持ちの良い接客のため、リラックスし、寛いだ雰囲気の中で楽しく食事が出来ました。
次は、家内を連れて伺いましょう。
