今日は母の誕生日、どちらかに食事でもと思っておりましたが
年末より持病が悪化し、外出もままならない状態
せめて美味しいものをと色々調べて決定したのが
なだ万さんのお弁当でした。
店頭では1500円の物までは置いてありますが、
それ以上は2日前までの予約注文との事
事前に来店しお願いしたのは
「匠(たくみ)の膳 」 2,100円です。
開店と同時にうかがいましたが、思いのほか混雑していて
人気のお店です。
折詰も大きく、4つ電車で運んだのは、ズッシリと重たかったです。
内容は、
赤魚味噌祐庵焼、合鴨燻製、松笠烏賊焼
厚焼玉子、椎茸ふっくらピリ辛揚げ 梅花赤ピーマン
小松菜煮浸し、くこの実、鶏つくね焼
乱切り丸十蜜煮、昆布巻、アスパラ甘酢漬
海老芝煮、蓮根田舎煮、野菜包み寄せ
六方里芋、彩人参、スナップエンドウ

という種類の多いもの、
2つあるご飯もこれでもかと言う程、詰め込んでありましたが
特に良かったのは煮物で、程よい味付けでさすがと思いました。
反面、弁当は冷たくなってしまうと味気ないもの
その辺の限界も感じてしまった一品でした。
目にも鮮やかな弁当を、母は喜んでくれましたが
暖かくなって外出が出来るようになりましたら
お店に行きたいと思います。
