日本酒好きな同僚と、新宿からの帰りに代々木まで来ました!
日本酒飲み放題に行くためです。
駅前のビルの地下にありました。
日本酒の入っている冷蔵庫をみながら席にすわり、水と飲み放題の日本酒用のグラスがきます。
水は代々木の水とのこと。
テーブルにはウェルカムカードがあり、ちょっと嬉しい。
お通しは
大根鶏煮物、白だし味で濃い目です。
お酒がすすみますね。
まずは令和という日本酒を。スッキリしたフルーティーな味です。
つまみに、
〇菜の花酢みそ和え 200円
時期的にそろそろ終わる菜の花ですね。
〇焼きそら豆 390円 塩で。
〇塩ネギエリンギ 390円
胡麻油のせいかメンマ味で食べやすいです。
イチオシの
〇鮮魚のなめろう 690円
今日は鯵のなめろう。味噌味で、好みでわさびを。
〇カニ甲羅焼き 690円
バーナーで炙り、表面に焦げ目をつけます。濃いカニ味噌味が美味しい。
〇カツオのわら焼き 790円
卓上しちりんにわらをひき、点火。
その後網を乗せてカツオをのせ、皿で蓋をして加熱。藁焼きの香りをカツオに付けます。
ほどよく加熱されたら、塩とレモンで。
〇霜降り和牛の炙り肉 890円
皿盛りのお肉をバーナーでしっかり炙ります。
炙った香りがいい、脂ののった和牛。わさびが合いますね。ごはんを巻きたくなります。
〇牛タン炙り 990円
しっかり炙り焼きにしてあり、レモンで。
ごはんのシメにいきたいところですが、日本酒で米の栄養をとっていたせいもあり、お腹がいっぱい。
デザート代わりにヨーグルトリキュールと梅酒を。
梅酒はすっきりと書いてありますが、本当にすっきり。
ヨーグルトリキュールは女性に人気と聞いた通り、しっかりヨーグルトの乳酸菌のような味がします。
美味しい。
店長さんもこれが好きとのこと、同感です。
