久しぶりの「中華寝台」さん。
今日は初めてくる友人と一緒にだったのですが、喜んで次の予約を入れて帰って行きました(笑)
定番料理の安定感がありながらも、旬をダイレクトに楽しませてくれるお料理もある。和の優しさを感じさせながら、クラシカルな中華の正当さも味わえる。本当にバランス感が優れたお食事だと思います。
いつもながら前菜の美しさ、美味しさには感動しました。
今日一番心に残ったのは、甘エビとキャビア、青ネギ、パプリカの冷製ビーフンかなぁ。見た目のカラフルな色合いと、甘エビの甘味、中華ならではの酸味とコク(魚醤っぽさ?)のハーモニーが最高でした。
ワインフリーフローは今日も十二分に楽しませて頂きました、今日は日本酒も出てきてなかなか面白かったです。今回一緒に行った友人は妊娠中のためお酒は飲めず寂しそうでしたが、ノンアルコールペアリングと、〆の炭水化物をモンスター級に食べて楽しんでいました。
お酒を飲めた方が楽しいお店だとは思うのですが、飲めない方との差を極力抑えてくださっているお店だとも思います。
また、シェフとソムリエ様お二人の腰の低さ、爽やかさにも本当に感じ入ります。出会ってから数年たっているのですが、自分の老け方に比べて彼ら爽やかすぎないだろうか?
