東京旅行最終日の昼、丸の内に用事があったので、丸の内の『まんてん鮨』さんにお伺いしました。こちらも食べログを元に探し当てたお店。写真と評価を考慮して、多分当たりのお店だと直感が働いたので、急遽訪問♪
お店は丸の内ブリックスクエアの地下1階。東京駅からは地下で直結しております。お店は立地的にかなり狭く、通路からガラス戸を開けるとすぐにカウンターとテーブルが並ぶという、中々な狭小地。ただ店内は明るく、清潔にされており、女性の方も安心して入れるかと。若い職人さんたちが威勢の良い声を出してくれるので、良い意味で江戸前寿司っぽい雰囲気です♪
平日お昼のおまかせコースは3,000円と驚愕の安さ!ただこの日は土曜日だったので、夜のコースと同じ6,000円。東京駅近くの、しっかりとしたお鮨を握るお店でこの価格は安い部類なので、かなりの人気店♪11時のオープンと同時に飛び込みで入りましたが、お席はほぼ予約で埋まっており、時間制限付で何とか入れました♪
おまかせは寿司とおつまみを交互に色々と出してくれるパターンで、最初は生ビール、それから日本酒を頂きます♪で、今回頂いたものは、

鮨のシャリは柔らかく、温度と粘性が高めで酸味が弱めかな。自分のなかでドンピシャに嵌るタイプのシャリではないのですが、ネタの素材は申し分なく、十分に美味しい鮨です。
この日は鮨12貫とつまみ15品の計27品に、追加で1貫、生ビールと日本酒2合でお会計が8,000円台!!東京駅近くとは思えぬ驚愕の安さです!そしてただ安いだけでなく、どれも確かな食材をしっかりと仕事をされた上で提供してくれており、満足度も非常に高い!自分の中では、お寿司におけるCPの高さでいえば金沢の『きく家』さんと比肩するお店です♪
ただ、席の間隔が非常に狭く、これほどの量と数を1時間弱で出してくる提供スピードの速さもあり、こちらはのんびりとお鮨を楽しむ店ではなく、あくまで気軽に、カウンターで美味しい鮨とつまみをさっと頂くお店かと。機会があればまたお伺いするつもりです♪
