大好きな居酒屋さんのすぐ近くにある焼き鳥屋さん。
お願いしたフルコースがめちゃくちゃ推せる満足内容だったよ。
寒い日に嬉しいワンタンスープからスタート。
ほっと一息ついてたらお待ちかねの焼き鳥と焼き野菜ラッシュ。どの串も丁寧な仕込みと火入れが伝わる綺麗な鶏肉の旨み。色んな部位によって全く違う美味しさを楽しめるのが焼き鳥の醍醐味だし楽しいよね。
焼き鳥の焼き上がりはどれも形がそれはもう綺麗で。
丁寧に真心込めて仕込みと火入れをした美味しさがした。
美味しかった中で特に印象に残ったのはかしわと手羽ねぎま。
最初に出してくれてハートを鷲掴みにされたかしわの濃ゆい旨みが抜群だったなあ。長ネギと手羽皮のぷわぷわ甘い脂の組み合わせも楽しくてドキドキしちゃったよ。
〆はみんな大好き鶏そぼろ丼。
やや甘め寄りの甘塩っぱい味付けがかとうの母が作るそぼろにそっくりなのが沁みて満ちた。そぼろの上に乗ってる「日本一のこだわり卵」の卵黄を崩していただく贅沢仕様もめちゃくちゃに嬉しい。この組み合わせの答えは幸厚である。
焼き立てほやほやの焼き鳥を頬張る時間も大好きだ。
一緒にお邪魔した銀座で美容プロフェッショナルとして働く大学時代の戦友(岩手県出身)はサービススタッフさんがおすすめする白ワインと焼き鳥を合わせてにっこにこで「うんめーじゃあ」を連発してた。
