友人夫婦と銀座で食事をすることになって、一休.comレストランで個室ランチができるところを探してたどり着いたのが、こちらのランチコース。掘りごたつの個室を4人で予約して、訪問。
柚子スパークリングで乾杯して、コースがスタート。
皐月の献立は、以下の通り
長蕨のお浸し 雲雀豆富 美味出汁: わらびのお浸しと、緑のひばり豆腐。出汁がおいしい。
本日の鮮 二種盛り合せ 妻一式: 今日は、ぶりと鯛かな。
酒菜八寸: 白海老のバラ天、ぜんまいの炒りもの、出汁巻き玉子いしる風味、真鯛煮凍り、能登鶏ロース煮、蓬麩有馬煮。蓬麩は、生麩の柔らかさを想像していたら、しっかり煮たものだった。どれもとてもおいしかったが、白海老の天ぷらが特においしかった。
お酒は、手取川「春」純米うすにごりを注文。ちょっとにごった感じがいい。
越後牛の陶板焼き: 新玉葱と八色椎茸、獅子唐といっしょに。小さい切り身だが、これくらいで十分。金沢ぽん酢と合わせて。
越後もち豚燻製と車麩の煮込み:これは燻製にした豚がなかなか。車麩はお餅のよう。
越前蕎麦 珠洲の汐だし: 汐だしが新鮮でとても評判がよかった。さらっとしたおそばとともにおいしかった。
お酒は、早瀬浦「浦底」純米おり酒にしたが、これもちょっとにごり気味でおいしい。
豆富のムース: 豆富を食べているよう。
最後に出るお茶も、皇室献上の加賀棒茶らしい。
確かに口コミにあるように、どんどん食器を下げに来るし、時間で出されるが、それがわかっていれば、この内容でこの価格はお薦めだと思った。料理はどれも丁寧に作ってあって、ひとつひとつ加賀の食材を楽しめたし、何よりとてもおいしかった。日本酒も種類が多くて、こちらも楽しめた。夜にも来てみたいと思う。
