魚の目利きである大将のお任せ魚介料理がリーズナブルに味わえる当店は早めの予約が賢明です。
なんたって嬉しいのは酒の持ち込みが可能なこと。
持ち込み料は知らないけど、この日は香川と福島の四合瓶2本持ち込んで@9,000程度。
できるだけメンバー揃っての入店が望ましいけど1人くらいの遅れは容赦してくれます(笑)
先ず付き出しはキクラゲ佃煮。
刺身7点盛り(つぶ貝、中トロ、赤身、ヒラメ、柳蛸、桜鱒)から始まって、鮮度抜群のボタンエビ(いつもの)
塩水ウニ、香箱蟹(1人ずつね、当然)、ぬた(ホタルイカ・帆立・ワカメ・ネギ)にマグロ頬肉の赤ワイン味噌煮、
合間に珍味として蛸の卵を三杯酢で 濃厚で酒は快調に減っていきます。
〆は蟹雑炊。
店内はどちらかと言えば狭い方だし、おしゃれでもなんでもない普通の居酒屋のそれだけど、ざっくばらんに
新鮮な魚介と酒を気の置けない仲間と楽しむなら此処もありでしょう。
