前回お邪魔した「うしみつ」さんの姉妹店「銀座ちかみつ並木通り」にやって来ました。
場所は、HULIC&NewGINZAビルの4Fで銀座駅から徒歩5分。
和風テイストで高級感ある造り、こちらのお店は個室のみ。

ご飯ちかみつ最中
1品目徳島県産の和牛を使ったユッケドック
海苔の印象が強いなと思うけど、淡雪醤油(淡雪塩じゃなかった!)が食べてる最中にひょっこり顔を出してきていいアクセントなってる!
2品目岩手県産の和牛のヒレ肉寿司味に雑味がなくてしっかり肉の素材の美味しさを堪能。
特に柔らかさがすごくて分厚いのに難なく途中で噛み切れちゃうの。
薬味のわさびとの相性が抜群だし、わさびは全然嫌な絡みがなくてめっちゃ新鮮!
3品目繋ぎタンまず見た目のインパクトがすごかった。
名前の由来も生産者からお客様へ繋いでいくって意味で付けられたんですって。
一枚はレモン。二、三枚目は白髪ネギと粒胡椒でいただいたんだけど、全て超美味しかった〜!
端っこの赤身の部分と真ん中の脂身の両方が楽しめるって最高ね!
4品目塩焼き物(本日はハラミとツラミ)ハラミはわさび。
ツラミは塩キャベツと一緒にいただいて。ハラミは他と明らかに違う透明感のある油で驚き!
ツラミは逆にお肉って味がしっかりしていました。
塩キャベツと一緒に食べると食感、タレ、肉の旨みのトリプルパンチで何この味⁉︎
ってなってる間に肉が口の中で溶けてしまってもっと食べたーい!ってなるの。もう、やばいー!
5品目お口直しのホルモンスープ
結構しっかりした味わいでホルモンの深ーい旨みと薬味のネギがいい風味。
思ったより油が少なくて食べた後はお口がスッキリしててお口直しにはピッタリだった!
カメノコは見た目クッキーのゼラチンで固めた卵黄と醤油を合わせた薬味とセットで頂きます。
なんとお肉の上に乗せると溶け出すのよ!お味はしっかり焼き加減がついていて味も濃いから結構インパクトもあったわ!
でも薬味の卵黄がお肉を蕩けるように包み込んでくれるから食べやすかった。
7品目ヒレとサーロインの土鍋ご飯。
ご飯には、刻んだ茗荷、大葉、万能ネギが入ってて、口に入れると最初は薬味の香りがふらっと広がってきて、次から肉の甘味がドーン!ってやって来た。
なんという食感と旨味のバランス感覚。
無限に食べれてしまう恐ろしい料理…味に飽きたら出汁もあるからお茶漬けにも出来るのもありがたい!
大葉がグッと前に出てきて、さっぱり感増すから最後までペロリといけちゃうの。
最後は、デザートもなかアイス。ピスタチオとベリーソースが合わさってベリベリぐー!
直前に熱めのお茶も貰えて一緒に食べると心が落ち着くわ〜。
以上!今回も全てお肉は神谷商店さんのお肉らしくて絶品でした。
接客も頑張っていらして素晴らしいです。東京に来た時は、ぜひまた来たいわ〜!
