こちら、百名店巡りにて、休日昼に電話予約にてお伺いしております。中に入ると席はカウンターのみ9席のようでした。
こちらでは「昼のお任せコース」に、希少な北九州産のアカウニを追加して、日本酒も頼んでおります。
そのお寿司、名店だけあり、どれも間違えのないクオリティの高さです。中でも2種類のウニ(北海道産バフンウニ、北九州産アカウニ)が、えぐみとは無縁なくらい新鮮で本当に美味しく、、、その他、とろけるような中トロ、プリップリッな上、新鮮で大きいクルマエビ、さっぱりとした味わいのアジや、茨木産の煮ハマグリ、このへんが個人的上位にランクインするお寿司でした。他のネタも、随所にアクセントのある味付けがあり、素晴らしかったと思います。
東京の名店のお寿司は、シャリやネタに、地方では行っていないような手間を、一手間も二手間もかけていて、本当に美味しいです。今後、東京お寿司探求始めていきたいと思います!ごちそうさまでした!
