あららっ!、なんと2年ぶりの大好きな ”ふぐ 福治” さんです、昨年の河豚のシーズンは伺わなかったのですね、不思議です。
入口の扉を開くとまずは女将さんの笑顔が迎えてくれます、いつものカウンター席に座ると今度はご主人をはじめスタッフの皆さんの笑顔が迎えて下さいます。
まずは 「生ビール」 で乾杯です、今日、頂きましたのは次の通りです。
「先付け」・・・・・車海老の塩焼き と 河豚の煮こごり
「ふぐ刺し」・・・・・河豚の薄造り、河豚の湯引き、皮内、皮外 の盛合わせ、やっぱ ”ふぐ 福治” さんの河豚は違いますね、河豚自体に味があります。
「河豚のひれ酒」・・・・・・河豚の料理には ”河豚のひれ酒” が合いますね、なんて美味しいのでしょう。
「河豚の白子焼き」・・・・・”ふぐ 福治” さんに伺うと必ずお願いする ”白子焼き”、”ふぐ刺し” や ”ふぐちり” は二人で一人前をお願いしますが、”白子焼き” は大き目のをお願いします、河豚の白子は鱈の白子とは大違い、堪らん美味しさです。
「河豚の唐揚げ」・・・・・これは家内の大好物、武者振り付いて食べておりました、えっ、私ですか、私も武者振り付いて食べました(笑)。
「河豚のひれ酒」・・・・・2杯目です。
「ふぐちり」・・・・・これも一人前です、”ふぐちり” 自体も美味しいのですが、私にとって ”ふぐちり” は ”雑炊” 前の前座です(失礼)。
「河豚雑炊」・・・・・いやぁ~、美味しいですね、これをお腹一杯に食べると、毎回、幸せな気分になります、来年も ”ふぐ 福治” さんに伺って雑炊をお腹一杯頂きましょう。
「香の物」
「デザート」・・・・・メロン と マスカット と 柿。
