本日は長女が結婚するにあたり、先方のご両親と顔合わせ、ということで、“寿美久満”さんで、お昼を【懐石善】で頂きました。県道186号線の大束川の交差点を川沿いに南へ100m程行ったところに有ります。初訪問です。
11:50に待ち合わせということで、12時過ぎに店に入り、予約していた部屋に通されました。
席に着くと先付の料理が用意されていました。左から[ウドの煮付け]でしょうか、コリコリとあっさりとして良い味です。次は[そら豆][真子][サーモンの手毬寿司][ままかりだと思います、干物にした焼き物]と一つ一つ、丁寧に料理しているのが感じられ、どれもがとても美味しいです。次は[鯛・ハマチ・鰆の刺し身]次は[スズキのレモン煮]でレモンの風味が美味しいです。次は[鰆の西京味噌焼きと梅の甘煮]次は[天ぷら]ですが筍が生筍で普通の筍とは感触が違ってなかなかでした。次は[蛍イカ・サザエの酢味噌和え][鰆の押し寿司]は真ん中にグリンピースを甘く煮たものを挟んでいて、全体に甘くてとても美味でした。あと[鰆とじゅん菜の赤出汁の味噌汁]最後のデザートは[キウイとメロンのゼリー状]と満腹になりました。
さすがは老舗の料亭の料理で、大満足でした。
