名古屋駅前、名駅3丁目にある串物一本100円の超激安「串専門店」です。
私がまだヤングの頃、勤務している会社の事務所がこのお店と同じ町内にあったので、かなりの頻度で利用させてもらいました。
懐かしいなぁ~。
生ビールと、市販のチューハイの中では一番美味しいと思うボトルのまんま提供されるアサヒの「ハイリキ」と、おかわりができるキャベツと共に本日いただいたのは
●どて : 名古屋飯と言ったら赤味噌を使った料理が代表格。
「どて」も赤味噌がベースのタレで煮込まれていてプルンプルン!
甘辛いタレが滲みて旨い!
何皿食べたか分からなくなるくらいガッツリいただきました。
●串かつ : 細めの串かつですが、変に太いより飽きなくて良い。
「二度漬け厳禁」のソースをたっぷり絡めていただきます。
「どて」を煮ている味噌ダレを漬けてもらって「味噌かつ」にしていただくのもベリグーッ!
●しんぞう : 柔らかジュースィー。
これも一本100円だからね。
他の焼き鳥屋では有り得ない値段だね。
てな感じで名古屋の夜は更けゆくのでした。
