2月訪問時の河豚コースが◎でしたので、今回は鰻狙い...4-5ケ月前の予約時に「鰻の刺身」を食べたいとリクエストしました。
ご用意されていたのは、天然鰻7匹(270-370g)

天然鰻が、13000円/本(その他の料理込み)だったようで、2.3本/人 食べておりました...
以下、食した所感。
・②:「刺身」をリクエストしておりましたが、ご登場したのは「洗い」...勿論、初体験でブリブリ食感は◎だったのですが、「天然鰻の刺身」と云う課題は残ってしまいました...
此のアッサリ感でしたら酢味噌でもイイかも?
・③⑦:今年は例年以上に鰻を食しました。結論的に「養鰻であっても調理法によっては、天然鰻を凌駕する」です。
今年に食した鰻で感動した鰻は、
福岡「白金 西田」愛知産養鰻のジックリ炭火焼き
埼玉「SALT」鹿児島産養鰻の筒焼き
の2店舗...
