屋号『谷川』の名の通り、土器川上流の谷川のほとりにある米穀店。
昼間3時間のみの営業。しかも 売り切れ次第終了のため、早めにお伺いすることをおススメします。
店内に入ると右手のカウンターで「小(1玉)」・「大(2玉)」か、そして「温」・「冷」かを指定し、ネギと麺の入った丼を受け取ります。
他薬味は、唐辛子・柚子胡椒・胡麻・酢など。そこへ醤油を加えれば、自分流讃岐うどんの完成です。
他では味わえない、非日常的な雰囲気で"うどん"に集中し、そして堪能してください。
