小田急沿線、世田谷区は経堂らかん茶屋へ飲みに行ってきました。
おいしい!という話はきいていたのですが、想像以上にすばらしい絶品メニューの数々に至福の時間をすごしましたよ。
まずはアスパラとエビのチーズ焼き。めちゃくちゃうまいです。
出来立ての出汁巻き玉子は食感が最高です。
れんこんの天ぷら、うまい。
鶏肉のつみれも、うまい!
そして刺身の盛り合わせ!隙なしのおいしさです。
なかなか食べられないカワハギの肝もついてきました。(写真、肌色のが肝です)カワハギは内臓にとても臭いのキツい部分があり、それをうまく取り除いて肝を取り出すそうです。美味しんぼにも出てきましたね。
皿までなめてしまうほどうまいから「なめろう」。
タコの刺身。透きとおっていますよ!
次から次へ、出てくる料理が全部おいしかったです。
焼酎では大分の麦焼酎「兼八(かねはち)」も。大好きです。
日本酒では店主一押しの高知県の「南(みなみ」もおいしかったですが、個人的には山口県の「獺祭(だっさい)」のほうが酒臭さがなく美味しく思えました。
ともあれ、経堂の和食なら一押しのお店です!
