るるぶに載っていた香深漁協直営のレストラン
開店の11:00に行ったが、この日は団体の予約で炭火焼きの席しか空いていないと言われた。が、ほっけのチャンチャン焼きを目当てに行ったんで全然OK!
ということで、
ほっけのチャンチャン焼定食(殻ウニ付) 1,500円を注文
ウニは生か、焼きかと聞かれたので、焼き!を注文(生はいろんなところで食べたからからね)
早速 目の前の炭を調整して、ほっけをのせ、味噌を塗り、ネギをのせ、焼いてくれる
で、ほっけの焼き上がったところの身をほぐして、皿の上にのせてくれた(1/3ぐらいかな)
おーーーうまい!
普通のほっけと違い、ご飯が進む
と、殻付きウニ(もちろんバフンウニ)も焼き上がって出てきた。生で食べるより甘みがあっておいしい
お店の人が今度は、ほっけの身をご飯にのせてくれた、ご飯と一緒に食べるとほんとにおいしい!
最後に身が無くなった ほっけの皮を、網からとり 包丁で切ってまた網に戻した
焼き上がったところを皿に取ってくれたが、皮がパリパリとしてせんべいのようでまた、おいしかった!
