老舗の桜鍋屋の中江さんに初訪問
アメリカ育ちの親戚のリクエストで桜鍋屋さんへ
はじめての桜鍋なので、外したくないと思い、少々不便なロケーションですが、訪ねることに
三ノ輪駅から歩いてお店にむかう道からは
スカイツリーがみえました
三ノ輪という、なかなか行かないエリアにあるお店なので、奮発して「贅沢コース」予約
口コミでバラ肉の脂身を絶賛されてる方がいたのを見て、鍋のお肉を通常のロースとバラ肉の両方をチョイス
バラ肉の脂身は、噛むほどに口の中で溶けて行きます
最初固いかなっておもったのですが、味わいのあるお肉で、堪能させて頂きました。
ロースとバラ、両方でバランスがとれていたのかなと思います
お肉の後のザク、〆の豆腐卵ごはん、デザートと、結構お腹一杯です
ご馳走様でした
お肉のボリュームは、このご時世しょうがないのかなと思うけど、もう少しあってもいいかなということで、評価を少しさげました。
