穂紫蘇が散らされ、見た目にも美しい一皿。

続く蛍烏賊には自家製のからすみがたっぷり。

私にはベストサイズで食べやすい握りは、どのネタもため息が出る美味しさ♡
苦手なものはありません、と言いながらも最後の雲丹の代わりを大好きな赤貝のひも握りにご変更いただき、こちらがまた絶品!
最高の〆の握りとなりました。
おつまみから握りまで、とにかく全てのお料理がクオリティ高く、至極の味わい。
創作性にも富み、素材の良さを引き出す大将の巧みな技術は繊細で心底美味しく、感動の連続でした。
