大阪、心斎橋の大丸辺りの御堂筋から、一本裏手通りのビルの二階に、こちらのお店があるんだけど、とっても美味しい、お寿司のコースを頂きました!

食事の最初から最後まで、ほんまに、しっかりと細部にまで、技術の高さが伝わってくる感じであります!
お寿司は、云うまでもなく、めっちゃ美味っ!
特には、マグロの食べ比べには、感激レベルっ!

鰆の握りに、雪塩を思いっきり大胆に振りかけるパフォーマンスには驚きっ!
あとね、特筆したいのは、天婦羅であります!
天紙が、天婦羅を食べた後、油で汚れてないんです!
これは、サクっと揚げて、しっかりと油をきっているからだと思います!
ほんまに、終始、細部にまで手の込んだ、お料理の数々で、大変に満足な晩ごはんでした!
