市川加賀廣のはなちゃんのご紹介のお店ということで、期待値大
とりあえず目についたものを片っ端から注文
ハラミ:赤身なのに信じられないほど柔らか
特上カルビ:甘い脂が最高でトロける
厚切り牛タン:初めての食感、歯応えサクサク
ホルモン:プルプルの脂が楽しい美味
レバー:これも不思議食感でサクサク噛める
豚トロ:豚の脂は最強
全てが美味しすぎて、ジンギスカンで白米までいってしまった(笑)
呑みながら白米を食べたのは、十数年ぶりかも
今週末も最高の食事が出来ました
