シャリは酸味控えめの赤酢です!
粒立ちが良く、好きな食感でした。
ネタによってシャリの温度を変えているようです。
温度管理が素晴らしい、良い寿司でした‼︎
大将の寿司へのこだわりを感じました。
アルコールのメニューが無いようですが、日本酒の品揃えは40種類ほどあるそうです。
女将さんのチョイスに任しておけば間違いないです✨
