羽釜で炊いた米と鰻の相性
口直しになる肝吸い
どこをとっても抜かりなく、計算され尽くしていることに感動しかありませんでした。
本当に美味しい!
こんなに美味しい鰻は初めてです。
店主が最初に鰻を見せてくれた際に『大きな鰻なので、後半キツイかもしれません』とお気遣い下さったのですが、美味しすぎて、心配無用!お箸が止まりません。
20代前半の若い店主が、日本食を極め、これらを提供してる事に驚きでしたし、まだまだ鰻を研究しようとする勤勉さに頭が下がりました。
新仔鰻も食べてみたいので、また時期を見てお邪魔します!
