知人たちとの忘年会としての定例会にて利用させて頂きました。
穴子料理専門店…以前から気になっていたんですね…
他にも◯◯料理専門店的なトコ行ってきましたが、穴子料理専門店は、今回、初体験です(°▽°)
店内はカウンター席と、4人掛けテーブル席(堀ごたつ)があり、失礼かもですが、広すぎず、イイ意味でこじんまりとしていて落ち着く空間です(^_^)
予約でしたので、コース料理の提供でした。
前菜…千葉県大原産のタコだそうです。柔らかくタコの風味が存分に味わえました(^^)
刺身…これは初めてで、穴子ってコリコリしてるんだな~と、塩とわさび、肝和えとでそれぞれ頂きましたが、どれも絶品ヾ(*T▽T*)
白焼き…言わずと知れたキングオブって感じで、ふわっふわの身が堪りませんし、ちょっと焦げたとこもヤバい(⌒‐⌒)
お吸い物…ここで一息、塩味、出汁の香りが癒されます
天ぷら…衣のサクサク感は言うまでもなく、白焼きとも違うフワフワ食感に震えます(○_○)!!
穴子の稚魚…白魚風に生姜と醤油かな?特に食感が半端なかった(^^)d
そして
穴キュウ巻き…キュウリの食感と上に乗った天カスの歯触りがイイ感じです!
穴子の握り…鉄板ね、まぁ~間違いない!ツメが程好く甘くて、ホントに旨いヾ(*T▽T*)
生穴子の握り…コースにはなかったけども頼んで正解( ロ_ロ)ゞスダチ?カボス?とあらかじめの味付けが絶にして妙、これはこれでホントに旨かった( ☆∀☆)
それぞれ楽しみながら、日本酒飲んで、生レモンサワー飲んで、ウィスキーハイボール飲んで、ビール飲んで…(飲み過ぎかよ)
2023年の忘年会seriesはまだまだ序盤ですが、素晴らしいお店に出会うことが出来ました(年末だけども…)
