初体験のラムしゃぶを食べてきました。ここのは珍しいアイスランドのラムを使用しているそうです。また、北海道限定サッポロクラシックを東京で飲める貴重なお店です。まずはラム肉寿司スタート!バーナーで軽く炙ってくれて半生状態でいただきましたが、ネギダレとチーズがラムに合ってとても美味しかった。半生のラム寿司も初めてで嬉しかった。次にラム串。肉がしっかりしててもっと食べたかったな。そしてお目当てのラムしゃぶはタワー型で登場。見た目も最高だし、薄めに切られたラムを豪快にしゃぶしゃぶして食べると幸せな気分になれました。どれもラム肉は臭みがあるかなとか思っけど、全然なくて、美味しかったな。〆のラーメンとラムしゃぶ寿司にできるシャリも出てくるよ。店内も綺麗で、店員さんもイケメンでノリ良くてついつい一緒に飲んじゃいました。他の料理も気になるし、また行きたいな。
Icelandic lamb shabu-shabu! ? Lamb izakaya in Ikebukuro!
I ate lamb shabu for the first time. This restaurant seems to use rare Icelandic lamb. It is also a rare restaurant in Tokyo where you can drink Hokkaido-limited Sapporo Classic. First, the lamb sushi was served! The lamb was lightly grilled on a burner and served half-raw, but the green onion sauce and cheese went well with the lamb and it was very delicious. It was my first time to try half-raw lamb sushi, and I was very happy. Next is the lamb skewer. The meat was chewy and I wanted to eat more. And the lamb shabu that I wanted to eat came in a tower shape. It looked great, and I felt happy when I ate the thinly sliced lamb with hearty shabu-shabu.
I thought the lamb would have a smell, but it wasn't at all and was good. Ramen came out to finish the meal, and I was also able to make lamb shabu sushi. The inside of the restaurant was clean, and the staff were good-looking and friendly, so we ended up having a drink together. I'm interested in other dishes and would like to go again.
