焼鳥大好きです。なので、何気に食べ歩いてます。
ただ、完全に庶民の味方だと思ってたら、東京には高級店が多くて驚き。
コースのみとかお任せとか、お寿司屋さんみたいで田舎者にはそこそこのカルチャーギャップ。
まー美味しいから、食べに行くんですけど(╹◡╹)
で、こちらは初訪問。大将はあの鳥しきご出身。鳥しきは行きたくても、予約が取れ無いので行った事無いですけど、期待大です。
お任せとお好みどちらもOKのようですが、本日はお任せで。
まずはさび焼と血肝からスタート。絶妙の火入れ加減で美味い。こうなったら、ビールと共にガンガンいきます‼︎
各串ともポーション大きめで、ボリューム十分。塩加減は幾つかキツめのも有りましたが、総じて良い塩梅。
最終的に20種ぐらいで、お腹一杯。これで本日有る分の、半分から3分の2を食べた模様。まだまだですね。手羽先忘れたし(´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`)
最後にスープとデザートの苺をいただいて、ごちそうさまでした。
平日の開店直後は予約取り易そうですし、また行きたいです‼︎
