少し時間が経ってしまった。この店に初めて伺ったのは11月初旬のことだった。
昨今ブームの「裏なんば」の中にある路地にある小さな店。
古いし、お洒落っ気とかゼンゼンないし、外観からゴチャゴチャしてるし、
今回の宴会の幹事に連れて行かれなかったら絶対に入ってなかったであろう店である。
狭い店内の奥のテーブル2卓はわれわれ7人が占領。
あとは厨房前のカウンターに4人座ったらもう満席だ。
マスターの「もっちゃん」一人で切り盛りしているので若干料理の出が遅くなるかな?
とか思ったが、それは杞憂。こちらのペースに合わせて絶妙に出てくる。
そして何よりも驚いたのは少しずつ、色んな料理を出して来るのである。
お造りなども一切れ乃至二切れずつ出て来る。よくもまぁ、こんな面倒臭いことやるものだ。
「四方竹のきんぴら」なんて正に珍味。驚き過ぎて写真を撮り忘れたのが悔やまれる。
詳細は写真を見て頂きたい。これに少々生魚が苦手な二人の為にシチューも出て来ていた。
この提供の仕方は居酒屋では初めて経験したけれど、驚きと共に嬉しささへ感じることだった。
一つ一つの料理を、一つ一つのお造りを、そして大好きな日本酒を、ゆっくりと味わうことが出来たから。
日本酒は色んな銘柄を5人で間違いなく二升は呑んだ。もう一人は生ビールのみ5杯か6杯。
そして残りの一人が可哀想に「下戸」なので大幅な「割り勘負け」だった(笑)
お勘定はちょうど8000円/一人(税込)。もう、申し訳ないくらいのコストパフォーマンス。
あまり夜は出掛けない自分ではあるが、ミナミに出る時はもう絶対この店だ!決めた!
