つまみでは蛸や鮟肝、焼き穴子はいつもの最高級ですが、今回の迷い鰹、白子の摺り流し、尾の身は忘れられない驚きの美味しさ

チームで極上の鮨を振る舞う熱意を感じます
今回は英語表記も追加され海外のお客さんへの気遣いも
握りは15貫に増えていましたが舎利は小さ目サイズになり、普段あまり量を食べられない友人たちも完食
もちろん私は余裕の完食です 笑
昆布締めかと思うほど甘みと旨みのある平目、ふわりと柔らかい春子鯛、おろしたての鰯は過去イチの美味さ、そしてなんばさんの鮪最高です
