群馬の名店『鮨おばな』に初訪店しました。
友人が一推しするお店、館林に友人4人で遠征しました。
都内から車で1時間ちょいで到着、日曜日という事もあるのか思ってたより近く感じました。
テカっと日焼けされてる大将尾花さんがお出迎えしてくれました。
コースは4種類ほどあるようです。
今回は3万円のコースをオーダーされていたようです。
コース内容は以下の通りです。

おつまみから全て当たり、間違いないです。
鰆たたきで出てきた"お塩"、只者ではない塩でした。
外房勝浦で作られている"太古の塩"まろやかな塩味、これだけでも十分おつまみになります。
ちなみに10,000円/kgです。
ナガスクジラはほぼ牛赤身、牛よりサッパリとしてますが旨味は強いです。
うにパフェは見たまんまで激うま、丼でいけるやつです。
あん肝はポン酢で漬けているのか、甘辛く煮たのを多く食べているので新鮮でした。
握りは白甘鯛からスタート、ネタもいいですがまずシャリが美味しかったです。
大将は思い付いたら常に進化させるべく改良していると話してました。
料理人でなく職人なのでと、うーん重みがありました。
マグロは"やま幸"、こんなにメジャーになられる前からのお付き合いのようです。
さよりはグッと歯応えがあり身が張っています。
そしてスペシャリティのいくら、甘くとろんとした口触りで問答無用に旨いです。
追加した北寄貝の貝柱、これは初めて食べました。
デザートの最中は優しい甘さ、〆まで大満足でした。
僕の中でベスト3に入るお鮨でした。
お鮨も良いですが、尾花さんの優しい人柄が更に美味しくさせてくれました。
館林に行く価値のあるお店、次回は夏に予約しました。
