2015年10月23日(金)
しさしぶりに友との飲みで、横浜駅で降り東口を平沼橋方面に歩きます。
平沼橋を通る時に 友が橋の下を眺め「鯉」がいると言います。
辺りは真っ暗ですが、良く目を凝らすと 何と川に黒い影が見えます! しかも何匹も!
そのまま川を見ていると、暗闇の中で鯉の背びれがわずかに輝いてます。これは初めての体験です! 素晴らしい!!
お店の近くに来ると美味しそうなごま油の香ばしい香りに食欲をそそられます。
とまあ前置きが長くなりましたが、今日は友のお薦めの角平さんに入りました。
お店に入ると、テーブル席・小上がり(4人X2)があり 広い空間がありますが 友が座敷の方へ案内してくれます。
襖を開けて中に入ると、これまた広い空間があり やはり歴史のあるお蕎麦屋さんなんですね!
その証拠に、大野伴睦氏、岸元首相や横綱などがお店に来店した記念写真が広い空間に何気なく飾られてます。
席に着き小生は生ビール、友は焼酎 蕎麦湯割りで乾杯!! 5ヶ月ぶりの再会なので 話が多々出てきます。
*この日は暖かく、生ビールの後は小生いつも通りウーロンハイを飲みました!!
楽しく飲み語らい、美味しい料理を食べとても楽しい一時を過ごしました。
お腹一杯で ご馳走様でした!!
・板わさ:厚手の蒲鉾が立派で美味しいかった・・・
・鴨焼きと九条葱:鴨の味が十分感じられ、しかも九条葱で贅沢に味わえました。
・海老マヨ:野菜のきざみがマヨネーズに絡んでるんですが、伊勢海老のぶつが入っており プリプリ感があり美味しいです!!
・カツ煮:肉厚なカツに驚きながらも、汁の濃さを感じるが 肉厚のお肉と食べてると意外に味がなめらかになります。
また、コロモにサクサク感が残り 昼間だったらご飯が欲しいくらいの美味しさ!!
・つけ天:汁は熱々濃いめですが、コシのある細めの蕎麦にマッチし 小生的には〆に合います。
海老天は、独特のコロモの付け具合で 昔からの伝統を感じる一品です。
小さな蒲鉾は、箸休めとのお話で お店のこだわりなんでしょうね!!
最後に汁を蕎麦湯で割り 満足いく出来でした!!
