こちらは今回の大分ツアーのメインイベント。本気で楽しみにしておりました。ぴんちゃん予約本当にありがとう。多謝。
外観からオーラを放っています。周りの雰囲気と比べても明らかに雰囲気が違う。ここは美味いんだろうなと感じます。
店内はカウンターと座席がありますが、今回はカウンターで。魚たちを間近に見ながらいただけます。
今回は仕入れた魚を少しずつ全部味わえる形にしていただきました。

モクズガニのお味噌汁
総じて★4.5クラス以上の魚。素材バリバリ系というのは本当でした。個人的には初めていただいた魚が多かったので、とても勉強になった。このクラスがトップレベルの味なんだなと舌に覚えさせました。写真を見ながら改めて反芻。もっと食べたいな〜笑 今回は特に白甘鯛が圧巻でした。火入れがまず完璧。とてもきれいな白身で脂もほどよく白甘鯛特有の香りがしっかりありました。オコゼも今まで食べたのより明らかに美味しいし、シマアジもアジってこんなに美味しいんだなと思いました。鰻は外側パリッと中はふわふわ、こちらの方の文化の焼き方は初めてでしたが完璧だと思う。ジャコ飯もシンプルな味つけで唐墨がうますぎた。
このレベルの魚をいただけるというのは肉が好みの僕でさえもとても魅力的に感じます。本当に美味しいと思う。他の店をまわって改めてこちらの魚のレベルの高さを知れるでしょう。大将、本当にありがとうございました。冬に行きたいな〜
