圧倒的な美味しさ、京都駅からだとタクシーで25分、地下鉄北大路駅からあるくと25分、ちょっと行きにくい場所にあるが、この店のすばらしさを思うと苦にならない。
スープも美味しいが、前菜のレベルの高さに驚愕だ。皮パリッと豚ローストはすばらしく美味しいし、酔っ払い鳥などもレベルが高すぎる。
でもなんといっても子豚の丸焼き、仕入れの数が限られるのでなかなか食べれないが、今回これが食べれたのはとても嬉しい。まずはペキンダック風に皮を頂いて、その後身がついた部分を頂く、北京ダックの身と違い、ぷりぷりの身も見事な味。
アット的な美味しさに加え、気さくな大将との会話もとても楽しい
