自分で予約しても・・・と思いつつ、どうしても気になっていたお店なのでチャレンジしちゃいました!
元麻布の一軒家フレンチの「エクアトゥール」です。
念願かなって初訪問〜♪数日前からワクワクしちゃってましたw
私達が座ったのはカウンターのお席です。他にも個室のようなテーブル席もあったみたいです。
コースは「ディナーA ノーマル」9950円 (+サービス10%)の、 全8皿のものにしました^^
アミューズはフォアグラの入ったトピナンプールのスープ。
鱈とジャガイモのプチコロッケ付きです。
■前菜①
「生蛍イカと小柱、スモークした江戸前地蛸とホワイトアスパラのデグネリゾン」
ホタルイカのミソがたっぷりで美味しすぎます。。
■パンについてきたバターには黒いものが。実はコレ焦がした岩塩なんだそうです・・!

「国産鴨の64℃64分火を入れた温度卵、コンソメデゥーブルと手打ち黒胡椒のオレキエッテ トリュフの香り」
眼の前に出てきた瞬間トリュフが香り立ちます!
オレキエッテも自家製かな?弾力があってプリプリした食感がたまりません。
半熟かと思った卵は、意外と黄身の部分が固めでした。

アイナメの身がふわふわ☆
ダシの効いた春らしいソースがアイナメによく合います。山菜が更に春っぽいなぁ^^
■「パンプルムースのグラニテ」
グレープフルーツの苦味でお口がスッキリ。軽い口溶けです。
お肉料理の前にラギオールのナイフを選びます。こういうのもなんだかワクワクしちゃうw
私は明るい黄緑のナイフを選びました。

「阿蘇山の馬肉ハラミと北海道産リードヴォーのロースト
根セロリと赤ワインベースシェリーソースとヴィネグレットトリュフ、14種類の野菜」
弾力のあるリードヴォーがかなり美味しかったです!
ご夫妻が食べて感動した、こだわりのリードヴォーだそうです。
そして根セロリのピューレソースが滑らかでとても印象的でした。
お肉ももちろん柔らかく美味しかったのですがそれに合わせるソースの出来に感動しちゃいました。
ソースでここまで印象に残ったのってはじめてかも。

「マリアージュフレール、ブルボンルージュのプティポー カルダモンと生姜のアイス」
ワイングラスに入ったデセールにもトキメキ!!
スパイスの甘い香りがするアイスと、いちごのソース。
その下にマリアージュフレールの紅茶のプリンがたっぷりと♪
食後の紅茶は好きな茶葉から選べます。
どれも香りがよくって迷っちゃいますね〜v結局マリアージュフレールのマルコポーロに。
あぁ〜美味しいっ(*^^)
■「カヌレ、ショコラクリーム、ほおずき」
食後のお茶菓子もしっかり。
ショコラクリームは濃厚で、オレンジの香りが強め。カヌレはサクサクもっちりで、美味しく完食しました。
期待していた以上に、とっても幸せなお味の連続でした!
ご夫妻の雰囲気もよくってとても居心地が良かったですし♪
