富山の友人に案内されて初めて訪れました。
ナビの示す場所が住宅街で、本当にこんな場所に在るのか不安でしたが、お店は静かな佇まいの素敵な建物でした。
以前 掛尾店を訪れ、そのネタとお味と、値段の安さにビックリしましたが、全面ガラス貼りの明るい店舗が印象的でしたので、こちら華やぎ店とは対照的ですね〜!
まずはプレモルの生を頂き、飲兵衛の友人と豊富なラインアップの日本酒を色々と楽しみながら、烏賊の雲丹載せ、バイ貝、カワハギ、白エビ、鯵、トロなどに、山芋の巻物などお任せの五千円の握りを頂きましたが、どれも期待を裏切らない味でした。
若社長と、お父様の先代社長の握る鮨は、これぞ富山の鮨という感じで、見た目も素晴らしい!
お二人の話も軽妙で楽しく、本当に富山の方が羨ましいお店です。
2016.05.05.再訪
東京と富山の友人総勢7人で、カウンターを予約して訪れました。
お任せ六千円で写真の品々です。
富山のワイン通の友人が、高いスパークリングワインを持ち込みでお願いしましたが、会長【大将】は嫌な顔1つせずワインクーラーと、グラスを人数分用意してくれました。
どうもありがとう(^O^)/
他にはプレモルの生、シャブリのフルとハーフボトルを一本ずつ、立山の大吟醸を頂き、皆 出来あがってしまい、うるさくて申し訳ない限りでしたm(__)m
握りは会長自ら握ってくれたので、もうそれは文句のつけようが無しのレベル!
ブリ、イカの雲丹載せ、鮪赤身の漬け、のどぐろの炙り、大きなバイ貝の握りなど、大変美味しく頂きました。
また近い内に訪れようと思います。
