相方と鹿児島遠征初日の晩。やはり郷土料理系だろうと考え、土曜日とあってこちらを2ヶ月前に電話予約。17:30の予約だったが、行ってみるとすでにほぼ満席。カウンターほぼ中央に並びで着席。カウンターの中は生簀。壮年〜老年の男子が忙しそうに働いている。これだけでもう美味いことがわかる絵。客はローカルが多そうだな。
せっかくなので焼酎を飲みたいが、何を飲んでいいかわからないので、年季の入ったお姐さんに相談。他のはどこでも飲めるからと、県内限定を推薦。しかも一番安い(一合¥550)。お湯割りでいただくことに。
料理は以下。
ぞうりエビ刺身(¥3,300) 刺身はぷりぷり ガラは後で味噌汁となって戻ってくる

幸せなひとときでした。これで2人でこの金額ですよ。初心者もベテランもこちらで間違いないでしょう。文句ありません。ごちそうさまでした。
