ミシュラン2ツ星を獲得された、鮨 生粋さんに先日行って参りました。
予約が取りにくいお店なのですが、運良く数日前に予約を取ることができました。お料理はアテと握りのお任せ¥12,000コースになります。
予約当日お店の開店時間に訪問。もちろん1番乗りです(^^
席数はカウンター9席、個室1部屋となっています。
特にこの檜の白木のカウンターは素晴らしいの一言。
全席全てリザーブされていました。
カウンター中央に着き、まずは飲み物を。
生ビールをお願いしました。
○青森産の寒平目
山葵の葉を敷き、その上におろしたての山葵と青森産の寒平目が出てきました。藻塩・醤油お好みでいただきます。
ふわりとした山葵の辛味と塩が平目の味を引き立てます。
○燻し鰆
初めていただく燻し鰆です。木の香りがほのかにして良い香り。
○氷見産の鰤
背と腹を味わうことができます。脂がよく乗っていて美味しい。
●温燗
温燗なのに、常温でした(^^;
○太刀魚の塩焼き
焼き物も出てきました。お酒をちびちびいただきながらつまみますv
○渡り蟹の酢の物
濃厚な内子が絶品!たまりません(^^
○牡蠣の煮浸しと鮟鱇の肝
牡蠣も良い味が出ています(^^鮟鱇の肝がフォアグラのテリーヌように甘味が濃厚!
○タイラギ貝柱の磯部巻き
良い海苔を使っているので、良い香りでパリパリです。
焼餅のようにタイラギ貝柱をこの海苔で包んでいただきます。
●熱燗
温燗が常温だったので、次は熱燗を注文しました。
うん、これはちゃんと熱かったです。
○白子ポン酢
艶のあるぷるぷるの白子!クリーミーでとろけます(^0^)
○締め鯖の炙り
うーん、美味しいけど炙りじゃない方が好みかな~

○トマティーノ
食用ほおずき。味わいはトマトやブドウに似たフレッシュな酸味の後に、マンゴーやパイナップルに似ているトロピカルな甘さを感じます。
以上でコースが終了です。
コストパフォーマンスは素晴らしいと思います(^-^)
お手洗いに行くときも丁寧に店員さんが案内して下さいます。
清潔で綺麗なお手洗いも気持ち良いですし、お手洗いから出ると自動で引き戸が開きます(笑)
店内の高級感、接客素晴らしいですね。
ただ、こちらが話しかけると、気持ちよく応えて下さるのですが、大将からはあまり話してこられないです(^-^;
もう少しトークに華があるともっと満足感がアップすると思いますv
