新しく建ったビルに 北新地で人気のお肉屋さんが ちょっと高級になって3店舗目を展開しました。
というわけで 行かねばなるまい!ということで早速来店。
今回は日本三大和牛おまかせ焼肉コースです。16000円とお高くなっております。(ちなみに今までのお店は一万円を切る価格設定。北新地であのクオリティーでなんでそんな値段でできるんだと不思議なんですよねぇ・・・)
今回のコースは〜
前菜: 旬菜盛り合わせと牛カツのピクルスソース添え (近江牛)
刺身: 但馬玄フランクの炙り刺し・近江牛マルシンの握り・近江牛ランプの炙りユッケ
塩焼: 厚切り塩タンと塩タン(極上)
ステーキ:紀州備長炭でじっくり焼き上げる 厳選赤身ステーキ
焼きしゃぶ: 松坂牛吟選サーロイン
温物: 出汁で仕上げるしゃぶしゃぶ仕立て蟹と湯葉の出汁あんかけ(但馬玄カイノミ)
焼きすき: 但馬玄カイノミ
タレ焼き: 三大和牛食べ比べ
〆: 雲丹と三大和牛茶漬け
デザート
提供されるお肉に関しては まつしたブランドを信用して間違いないものが出てくるのはわかってはいましたが。。。
いやはや。。。 溶けるようなお肉ばかりですが、かと言ってかみごたえもあったりとお上品としか言いようがない・・・
中盤の赤身ステーキですでに悶絶物ですが、まだまだきます。恐ろしや
しかも全部個室です。接待してもらって文句言う人はいないでしょう。ソーシャルディスタンスも安心です。
現状ではまだ接客が100%じゃない印象なので、そこがレベルアップしていったらもう・・・
