この前行ったばっかりですが、満足した印象が強く残ってて…
早速再訪です。
もちろんかつおのタタキとのれそれからスタートで♪
オススメの和牛のわら焼きも頂きました。
ようは和牛のタタキですが、わら焼きが優しい炙りになってて旨い。
個人的には、前回の金目鯛のわら焼きが1番旨いと思ってるけど。
その日によって魚の仕入れが違うのでそれも楽しみですが。
今度予約する時は金目鯛の仕入れをお願いしよー。

今年オープンした高知料理のお店ですね〜
友人の紹介で初めての訪問です。
高知料理といえば…
やっぱり鰹のタタキをまず思い出します。
ここはちゃんとワラで炙るんですよ。
カウンターの横で。
初めて見たのでなんか嬉しい(笑)
このタタキ、塩で頂きます。
う、旨ぁーーーーーッ!
めっちゃ旨いですやん!
鰹の臭みは全くなく、厚めに切った鰹の歯ごたえといい、ワラで炙った香ばしさといい…
タタキってこんなに旨かったのね…
さすが高知料理とうたってるだけのことはあります。
あと珍しいとこで、のれそれを初めて頂きました。
穴子の稚魚なんですね〜
白魚のような感じですが、身が少し大きく、もっとねっとりしてる感じ。
これまためっちゃ旨い。
酒のアテにピッタリ。
金目鯛のワラ焼きも旨すぎてちょっと震えたし。
炙ることで金目鯛の余分な脂が落ちてるし、キレがあって旨味が増してます。
鶏天は想像以上に柔らかかった。
ポテサラまで旨いときた。
思わず日本酒飲みすぎてしまいました(笑)
ちょっと高知料理なめてたかも。
奥にテーブルもありますし
店主も若くて気さくでとってもいい感じ。
ここは確実に再訪決定ですわ。
