先ずは小さな七輪が準備されて穴子とイカと海苔を炙ってどうぞ だって
イカはお刺身用との事でお塩をぱらりとミディアムレアで
穴子は山わさびをすりすりして海苔で巻いていただく
風情のあるお店でオツだな
お刺身は氷の上に盛り付けられて一切れが凄い厚みなの
和歌山の白身魚が主で太刀魚、ぐれ、真鯛、縞鯵、中トロにボタン海老
張りのある白身は厚切りだと正直食べにくいけれど贅沢感があるよ
いやー白身各種が美味しいな
北海道は魚介類が豊富で良質と言われても白身は西に絶対敵わないと思うわ
次は桶に入った魚を焼きか煮付けで選ぶ
太刀魚の焼きと連子鯛の煮付けでお願いします
脂がある太刀魚は身が柔らかでふわふわして美味しいし
推しの京セラドームLIVEをお祝いしての連子鯛も、鯛にしては柔らかな身質
口直しにピッタリなシロ菜のお浸しの出汁も素晴らしいし、オクラやヤガラの天ぷらに酢の物と白ワインも進むね
お目当ての鯛めしがお腹いっぱいで食べられそうもないから持ち帰りをお願いすることに
せっかくだからお味噌汁と浅漬けはいただこう
最初から最後まで威勢の良い大将は腕も動くが口も動いて活気があるわ
満席で断られた後客もいたから週末は予約が大事そう
観光客にはたまらない法善寺横丁と言う情緒溢れる立地と
関西のお魚目当てなら間違いなくおすすめ!
