誰もが「安くて美味しい」と絶賛する京橋の割烹居酒屋
1杯目から日本酒で相性の良さそうな料理を色々注文
2人共腹ペコだった事もあり 次から次へと注文するが
本当にどれも美味しくて さらにお会計では驚きの結末
今回初めてだったが 友人からカウンター席がお勧めと
聞いていたので 予約の際にカウンター席を確認する
席の目の前には日本酒の冷蔵庫があり レア酒もある
厨房には炭火もスタンバイされ 様々な単品注文に対応

初めてのお店なので食材は勿論だが調理方法の違いが
知りたくて刺身からスタートし煮・焼・和・揚など注文
注文が通ってから丁寧に準備されるので時間を要すが
手が込んでいて仕上がりのレベルの高さに舌を巻く
投稿表紙はお願いして出してもらった造り盛り合わせ
新鮮でないと提供出来ないホッケの刺身を始めとして
新鮮で美味しいのは然ることながら 厚切りでデカい!!
後に注文する他のメニューでも鮮魚は厚切りサイズ
美味しいだけでなく サービス精神旺盛なのは嬉しい
余りにも沢山注文し過ぎて全ての食レポは出来ないが
これだけ注文してもハズレが無く料理が完成されて
名物メニューや一品がある訳でなく全体の質が高い
京橋エリアだと魅力的なお店が多いのでハシゴ酒を
したくなる人も多いと思うが どれも美味しいから
〆までガッツリ注文 土鍋ご飯の残った分はおにぎりに
日本酒4合とお連れ様は他にもお酒を色々と注文
かなり食べ・飲みまくったのにお会計2人で13,200円
美味しいのにリーズナブルだし 日本酒の品揃えも良い
そりゃリピートする気持ちが分かりますよね(^ω^*)
