平日の夜に訪問。
すっきりとしたモダンな雰囲気の良い焼鳥屋さん土方がリニューアルして鶏料理の店に変わりました。やきとり土方は、とても人気があって予約なしではなかなか入れなかったので、なんとなく足が遠のいてましたが、今回は予約をしての久しぶりの訪問です。
さて、この日、広々としたカウンター席で頂いたのは、播州百日鶏の造り盛り合わせにせせり焼き、鶏の土手煮、せぎも、もろきゅう等。。正確な料理名は忘れてしまいました<(_ _)>
そして、品ぞろえの充実した地酒の中から幾つか。。相変わらず旨い地酒を安く提供してくれてます。
以前から美味しい鶏の造りや鶏料理を出してくれていましたが、鶏の串焼きを略やめて、鶏料理に重点を置いたという感じのリニューアルでした。あと、変わったところは店名が「土方」から「ひじかた」に、そして、美人な女性料理人さんがいらっしゃる。これ重要な情報!?(笑)。他に女性店員さんも増えたかな??
