大阪造幣局の花見の後に寄りました。ほぼ満席と、盛況ですね。
備長炭で焼かれる焼き鳥串が中心のメニューですが、その串にしても、アラカルトにしても一品づつがわりとボリュームがあります。
料理そのものは居酒屋さんとして並レベルだと思います。
良かったのが、蒸し鶏の湯葉巻き、サクサクのメンチカツかな。それから、野菜のカクテル(緑)は小松菜とほうれん草らしいけど、あまり分からず(笑)、でも美味しかった。
逆にイマイチだったのは、野菜のお造り。素材はいいのでしょうけれど、あまりにカットが薄すぎるため食感が弱く、野菜の旨味もとんでしまっています。むしゃむしゃ噛み砕くと出てくる甘さが野菜の醍醐味だと思うので、それが感じられないのはこの手の料理としては残念に思いました。あと、つきだしの豆腐。胡麻油が強すぎて豆腐の味しません。
サービスの女性は明るくてノリがよく、日本酒のなみなみ具合はとてもGOOD!料理担当は二人?のため、花見客の多い今日みたいな日は少し料理が遅れがちになるけど、今日はしょうがない。
京野菜や富山県は氷見からの魚(氷見うどんも!)、各種お酒に代わり種カクテルと、大人数でいろいろ頼んてみると面白いお店だと思いました。
