超えたいハードルをひとつ飛んだので1席。
最近ミナミが多かったので北浜遠征。
土山人の隣にあるお店です。
すっきりした店前に盛り塩。
お店はご主人御一人。
写真の分は私一人分です…。お鮨小ぶりとはいえ全部食べたんです…。自戒の為に全掲載。

烏賊軟骨?、カワハギ、穴子、いくらと筋子、かじき?、煮牡蠣
それぞれどうとか言えないんですが、
どれもモッチリとしながらもスッキリ美味しいです。
シャリはやや酸優勢でこれもスッキリ。
いくらでも食べられそうな気がしました。
日本酒も甘くも酸が強すぎもないスッキリしたもの、シャンパーニュもスッキリ辛口。
出される魚に合いますね。
で、飲み過ぎ。
残すつもりが、お酒は一人でほぼ飲みました…。
帰ってすぐ寝ちゃいました…。
ご主人酒器というかグラスお好きなんじゃないでしょうか。
シャンパーニュのグラスもボウルが円錐型で果実味よりきりっとした酸を生かすのにいい形。
底に泡用のスクラッチがあるのが綺麗に泡も上るやつでした。
壁には素敵なガラスのウイスキーデキャンタ?も飾られて、
酒器やクリスタル/ガラス好きとしてはうれしいお店でした。
ご主人はストイックにお仕事をされていて、
御一人なのでサービス担当はいませんが説明や気遣いなどもキチンとしたもの。
くつろいで楽しく食事出来ました。
31800円でした。
シャンパーニュも飲んでますし、食べてますし、
北浜の大通りではないですが路面店、CPもまあいいと思います。
お鮨は好みもあるのでなんなんですが、
すっきりタイプがお好きな方にはお奨めです。
