見落としがちな路地の1番奥にお店があります。
17時半〜19時半〜の2部制。
17時半〜を予約。
店内、カウンターのみで、2✖️4組の8席。
こじんまりとしています。
ドリンクは、ワンドリンク制。
ビールは小瓶のみ。
とりあえずビールスタート。

白身魚湯葉巻き
湯葉がトロトロっとあんかけいい感じ。
●お造り
あん肝、さんま、鯛、鮪、クラゲ、貝
どれも味がついてるので、そのままいただく。
美味しー。
お寿司スタート
●長崎産 九絵
見た目鯛にもみえるが、九絵。臭みなく美味しい
●奄美大島 本マグロ 中トロ
●熊本産 コハダ
●北海道 甘エビおぼろ昆布

一足早い御節盛合わせ気分。
26種類もの焚き合わせ。すごい!!!
仕込みすごく時間かかるでしょうね。

実は、めざしより、大きく頭からかぶりつく、魚に苦手でたべたことない。。しかし、良い香りしたので、
勇気を持ってたべました。
美味しかったです。また、ひとつデビューできた。
