ろばた焼きというジャンルの割には、囲炉裏も無ければ炉端で飲み食いしてへんやん!って言うような、よー分からん店が多くなりましたな(汗)
そーゆー意味では、まさしくこちらは昔良き時代の炉端焼きと評してええ店では無かろうか!
ま、完璧な炉端焼きとは言い切れませんがね?(汗)
創業40年以上?
1970年に第1ビルが完成してから、第4ビルが出来上がったのは1981年と聞きます
第2ビルが完成する前には、こちらは既に営業してはったわけですかあ(汗)
いやいや、年季が入った店であることは、カウンターに座って空気を吸ったときに感じられますな
料理はやはり、カウンター中央で座って炭焼きしてはる方に焼いてもらうことになるんでしょうな
メインは魚介系なんでしょうが・・・
この40年の歴史で、炉端という形式は残ってるものの、料理がどうも炉端メインより、普通の居酒屋メニューになってしまってるような感はありますな
ちょっと残念やね?(苦笑)
●焼鳥セット ¥700
●だしまき玉子 ¥500
●あじ南蛮漬け ¥480
焼鳥セットも、この質、このポーションで¥700はいただけません(苦笑)
焼鳥専門店と比較してはいけないんでしょうが、どーしても比較してしまうのは仕方なし!
そやかて、焼鳥として料理を提供してる以上、客の立場として大目に見ることは出来ませんからねえ
そんな意味では、焼き加減は火を通し過ぎ、タレもイマイチ・・・
あじ南蛮付けは美味しかったですな
しかし、この小アジ2尾で¥480とは、ちょっと高過ぎですわ!(汗)
あと、出汁巻きは、量・味・価格とも納得です
今更なんでしょうが・・・
昔良き時代の、あの炉端焼きの姿、そして焼きモノの種類も、炉端焼きメインとして復活させて欲しいですな
