久茂地川のそばに出来たお寿司屋さん。
「ガンチア」とかの近くです。
まずはプレモルととろさば塩焼き。
肉厚ではない小ぶりだが、故に身が締まっていて美味しい。
続いて握り。槍イカ、メバチ鮪の大トロに近い部分を頂きました、
更に〆さば、あじ、白エビ。酢飯も硬すぎず、酢の効き具合も良い塩梅。
ここで箸休めに周りを炙った焼き明太子、黒霧島一合。
続いて生うに、芽ねぎと頂き、ここで巻物に。
うなきゅう、鉄火巻き、メバチは赤身ながら味わい深い。
また海苔が酢飯にまとわりつかず、サクッと良い海苔です。
赤貝はデカく大味なものが多い中で小ぶりで美味い、
ラストの穴子は塩で頂きました。どのネタも良かった。
個人的には白エビ、うに、赤貝、穴子が二重丸。
これだけ頂いて8000円弱、リーズナブルだし、若い大将も一生懸命、
是非とも再訪したいと思います。
