別府の夜2日目。
行きたいお寿司屋さん候補2件中、予約が取れたのがこちら。予約の際に「どうしますか」との問いにお任せでとお願いしました。
昔ながらの味わいある外観。
入り口を開けると、こじんまりとしたカウンター5~6席。
予約名を告げ、水槽前カウンター席へ案内。
ビールは瓶です。
まずは関鯖。丁寧な切れ込みが入って肉厚、すごく美味しい。
赤貝。大粒で身にヒモ・内臓付きでこれまた珍味。
おこぜの刺身1皿、何とも贅沢な感じです。
「この後、にぎりにしますか?もう1品出しますか」と聞かれたのでもう1品からトロを。
トロは中南米産でした。
お刺身が変わる都度、お箸も変えてくれます。
あまりも美味しく日本酒に手が伸びました。地酒の鷹来屋
にぎり、まずはヤリイカ。

車エビ。目の前水槽からすくたて、身がコリコリ食感。

以上で1万6千円超えでした。追加大トロが響いたようですが、
ご夫婦の息があたサービスで満足でした。
