冷たいデザートを食べに連食でゴールデンウィークには600匹の鯉のぼりが泳ぐ加茂川沿いの道を坂登り善作茶屋さんに来店,
ところてん300円を注文すると冷たい伏流水で冷した寒天をオバちゃんが天突きで2本突出しお酢と醤油を回し掛けて辛子を付け朱塗りの箸を一本突き刺して提供してくれました,
一本箸で食べる事は知ってたので真ん中に引っかバランスを取りながら口に運びます,天草から煮出して作る寒天は艶やかで海藻の香りがしてサクッと美味しく頂きましたd(´ڡ`๑)
